A Selection Mission delivers a detailed qualification of a set of possible innovation ideas. The combination of a set of ideas with the variables you want the target group (board, jury, etc.) to qualify the ideas. The result is an insight in differences to prioritise.

A Selection Mission helps ranking and validating a selection of ideas further with a smaller group of people. The output of a Ideation Mission is perfect as input for a Selection Mission.  (for example, the top 10 ideas of an Ideation Mission).  

A Selection Mission can be done by different Agents (for example the management team, board or SME), They’ll review the ideas with multiple variables (for example: Impact, investment in time, investment in money, feasibility). 

Based on all individual results a selection has been made what the best ideas are.
