In some situations, it can happen that you see the screens of the software but images seem not to be loading. This rare behavior can happen because of a caching problem.
Images are getting cached locally to load websites faster. We tell browsers to do that until a certain date and then they need to load the images from the server again for safety reasons if your browser is not doing that they present old images.
In general, keep your browser up to date!
A quick fix to load all images:
WINDOWS:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac OS:
Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
With this, all images are again up to date!
