Adding a new project manually from the project tab

Go to Projects Overview

if you want to create a new project in Accept Mission, make sure you are in the "projects" overview. You do this by clicking on the "projects" icon in the menu bar on the left hand side (see image below) 

Now you are in the "projects" overview.  If you are new to Accept Mission this "projects" view is still empty. But once you added one of more projects this overview  will show all created projects in the Kanban view (this is the default view for projects). 

Adding a new project

In the top right corner of the screen, click on the button that says "Add Project". Upon clicking the button, a new page opens with the "project card". 

Project Card:
Now you are in the Project card. Here you see the Project Details template. Fill in the empty fields to create a new project:

Title(*) - The title of the project
Description(*) - The description of the project. Adding (external) links to the description can be done by clicking on the desired (chain) icon.
Progress(*) - A number ranging from 0 - 100 that's representing the progress of the project in percentage.
Start Date(*) - The start date of the project
End Date(*) - The end date of the project
Project Manager - The manager of the project.
Business Owner - The owner of the company that's responsible for the project.
Stage - A unique stage that suits the current situation of the project.
Stages can be set up by going to Settings - Project Settings.
Status - A unique status that suits the current situation of the project.
Categories - One or multiple categories that is relevant for the project.
Categories can be set up by going to Settings - General Settings
Department - A department that is relevant for the project
Departments can be set up by going to Settings - General Settings
(*)= Fields that are necessary to fill in and cannot be left empty

Once ready, hit "Save" and the project is saved.

Project Tabs:
