When an idea becomes ready enough to start a project then you can easily open an idea from the Admin Studio and click on the button [START PROJECT] this will trigger a flow that sets the ideas to approved status and creates a project in the right project funnel with as many possible fields filled in.

Open an idea in the Admin Studio and then in the top right corner you see on the left side of the [SAVE] button the [START PROJECT] button.
Three things will happen:
Check if there is already a project connected with the idea
Idea status change
Project created with field values of the idea
Note: The color of the green SAVE button is linked to your company branding settings.
1. Check if there is already a project connected
When starting the START PROJECT flow first the software will check if you or someone else has already started a project. If so it will notify you. You can see related projects on the right side of the idea in the admin block: Related Objects:
2. Idea status change
The idea you are currently in the status will be set to APPROVED. To indicate this idea is successfully run through the idea funnel process.
3. Project created with field values of the idea
The third and final step in the flow is that a new project is created in the project funnel that is created. In the IDEA funnel settings, you can configure what is the connected project funnel. Every time this project funnel will be used to create a project for.
The following fields will be used to create a project:
Idea title
Description
Image
Tags
All fields in the details tab
Scores (when they overlap with scores in the idea)
Custom fields (when they overlap with scores in the idea)
Links / Files
Team members
Financial data
In general, all fields that have an overlap will be used in the project to create it.
After this flow is ended the project will be presented to you.
Tip: update everything that is needed and fill in the state and end date and place the project in the right lane (stage).
Also in the project that you created, you will see that the idea is connected in the Block
