Of course, as the name suggests, ideas are ideas.... but sometimes you are not collecting ideas but rather collecting possible problems, risks, new challenges, goals, etc. You can change the type of an idea into one of the other options.
Setting the type in an idea
Open an idea in the Admin studio > Details > Idea type
Setting Missions or Funnels to set the Input type
1. Setting the Mission type
Open your mission > Details > Mission Input Type
This will ensure that all new items arriving in this mission are automatically connected to the configured Mission Type.
2. Setting the Funnel type
Open your Funnel > Edit Funnel > Details > Mission Input Type
This will set that all new items arriving in this funnel with no set type will automatically be connected to the configured Mission Type.
