In Accept Mission, it's just as important to control who can see and manage your projects as it is with ideas. Whether you're working on confidential innovation initiatives or early-stage experiments, here’s how to ensure projects remain private and secure.
✅ 1. Project Funnel Settings
Privacy for projects is managed via Project Funnels in the Innovation Studio. These settings allow you to control who can view or manage projects within a specific funnel.
Here’s how to set it up:
Go to the Innovation Studio.
Navigate to the Project Funnel you want to configure.
Click on Edit Funnel.
Go to the Access tab.
Configure these key options:
User Access: Set this to Private to ensure that the project funnel (and all its projects) are not visible in the Innovation Portal unless users have been granted access.
Admin Access: Set this to Private if you want to limit access to a select group of admins.
After setting these to private, you’ll need to manually add the users or groups who should have access.
📝 Tip: Use this setup when managing sensitive or strategic projects that are not ready for broader exposure.
