A submission notification is a message that can be sent to an individual who has submitted an idea, either through a campaign or the company's idea box. This notification may be displayed directly on the screen and/or sent via email.
Why to use a submit notification?
There could be multiple reasons to make use of this notification:
Thank the user for adding an idea
Invite the user to add another idea
Explain how the process will work after submission
Stimulate the user to tell others also to submit ideas
A personal message from the Business owner or a sponsor
Tell the user what he/she needs to do with the idea. For example, collect likes before the team reviews the idea.
Where can you configure the notification?
Two tools offer this Notification feature: 'Company Idea Box' and the Campaign. Both can be found under Missions in the Innovation Studio.
Company idea box:
